The resolution requires Board approval for each one-year extension that increases the contract amount by at least $500,000, with authorization to increase the total not-to-exceed amount to $60,000,000 upon exercising the first option and $75,000,000 upon exercising the second option, conditional on future Board of Supervisors approval. Alaric Degrafinried from the Office of Contract Administration agreed to provide an annual report to the Board of Supervisors with a list of applicable City Departments.
